REGISTRATION

Note 1: The registration deadlines and cutoff dates indicated below are tentative and might be updated now final and firm.

Note 2: Registration is required for all participants of IEEE PIMRC 2017. Please read carefully all instructions provided below and make sure you select the right registration code(s) before proceeding with your online registration on EDAS. Upon completion of your registration and payment of any applicable extra fees, you should be able to issue all payment invoices from your own EDAS account.

Note 3: Please make sure that you complete your EDAS profile and indicate your valid IEEE membership status and number, if applicable, before your online registration to be allowed access to the corresponding discounted rates.

Note 4: If you are not registering as an author of an accepted paper or demo presentation and do not already have an EDAS account, you will need to create one at this link before proceeding with your online registration. Please make sure that you provide as much details as possible about your profile to avoid unnecessary iterations.

Note 5: If you have dietary restrictions, please look for the DR registration code and indicate yours during your online registration on EDAS.

Note 6: Should you need to apply for a visa to enter Canada (cf. VISA INFO) and require an invitation letter, you will need prior registration to the conference with fill payment before requesting one. Please submit your request by email to <invitation.visa@pimrc2017.org> and indicate your payment invoice number. And please expect processing time of one to two two business days as of 2017-08-06, with sincere apologies please for all pending requests submitted earlier.

Note 7: Should you experience any technical problem with online registration/payments or require any assistance/information about your online transactions, please report directly by email to EDAS Help Desk at <help@edas-help.com>. EDAS is indeed in charge of collecting all registration and paper overlength fees on behalf of the conference. As such, they are in charge of billing, invoicing, transfers, etc. Should you have, however, inquiries about registration rates and fees, please submit them by email to <registration@pimrc2017.org>.

AUTHORS REGISTRATION POLICY

To be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2017 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore® or to be included in the technical program, respectively, an author of an accepted paper or of a demo presentation is required to register for the conference at the FULL or LIMITED (IEEE member or non-member) rate and must present the paper or the demo at the conference.

Some papers might be presented as posters. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE-formatted publication-ready version of the paper along with any overlength charges for each camera-ready manuscript in excess of five (5) pages up to a maximum of seven (7). For authors with multiple accepted papers or demo presentations, one FULL or LIMITED registration is valid, respectively, for up to three (3) papers ALL belonging either to the regular tracks, or to the workshops (i.e., all three of them), or to the special sessions (i.e., all three of them), and for up to three (3) demo presentations.

Accepted and presented papers in the regular tracks, workshops, and special sessions will be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2017 Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made online on EDAS by credit card or by wire transfer. Instructions are provided during the registration process on EDAS. Upon payment, a receipt  will be issued and made available under your EDAS account dashboard.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted by email to the EDAS Help Desk at <help@edas-help.com> , with carbon  copy (cc) please to <registration@pimrc2017.org>, and received by 2017-09-22 at 23:59 EDT. No refund will be granted after this date. You can modify or cancel your registration using the same registration link.

Note: There will be a CAD 10% administrative fee deducted from each refund. Both author- and all late-registration fees are, however, non-refundable!

REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY

All requests for registration transfers must be submitted to the EDAS Help Desk at <help@edas-help.com> , with carbon  copy (cc) please to <registration@pimrc2017.org>, and received by 2017-09-22 at 23:59 EDT. After this date, there will be a CAD 100 transfer fee imposed and possible additional fees depending upon the new registrant’s membership status for each request.
